PRIVACY NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679

EU Regulation 2016/679 governs the processing of personal data relating to natural persons. Pursuant to this Regulation, the processing of the personal data provided will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your personal data and rights.

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller is Mr. Luigi Runfola.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

The processing is carried out for the following purposes:

  1. to perform administrative, accounting, commercial, fiscal, and tax activities in order to comply with contractual obligations and legal requirements;

  2. to carry out technical or service-related informational activities, including those connected to the services provided or organized by the Data Controller.

3. Methods of Data Processing, Recipients, and Data Retention

For the purposes described above, personal data is processed:

  1. both in paper form and with the aid of electronic or otherwise automated means;

  2. by the Data Controller’s organization, through appointed employees and collaborators;

  3. by external entities belonging to the insurance chain or service companies, which may act, depending on the case, as independent data controllers or external data processors.

Personal data will be retained and processed even after the termination of existing contracts in order to comply with legal obligations. In any case, rules are applied to prevent data from being stored indefinitely, thereby limiting retention time in accordance with the principle of data minimization.

4. Transfer of Data to Third Countries

Personal data may be transferred to countries within the European Union and to third countries that ensure an adequate level of protection substantially equivalent to that guaranteed within the Union, based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

5. Advertising on the Website

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to display ads based on a user's previous visits to this or other websites.

The use of advertising cookies allows Google and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this and/or other websites.

Users can choose to disable personalized advertising by visiting the Ads Settings page.

6. Data Subject Rights

The Regulation grants you the right to exercise specific rights, including the right to request from the Data Controller:

  1. confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and, if so, to obtain access to such data (right of access, see Art. 15 of the Regulation);

  2. the rectification of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete personal data (right to rectification, see Art. 16 of the Regulation);

  3. the erasure of personal data where one of the grounds provided by the Regulation applies (right to erasure, see Art. 17 of the Regulation);

  4. the restriction of processing where one of the conditions set out in the Regulation applies (right to restriction, see Art. 18 of the Regulation);

  5. to receive the personal data you have provided to the Data Controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another data controller (right to data portability, see Art. 20 of the Regulation).

You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, and to object at any time to processing for marketing purposes (right to object, see Art. 21 of the Regulation).
